You will recall that we invited you to take part in a survey in early February 2016, regarding improved access for patients at Streatham Place Surgery.
Results of your feedback
We are pleased to inform you that NHS England (London) and Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group have jointly agreed with our proposal to allow you to see or speak to our GPs on Saturdays and Sundays, delivering a 7 day service to you with support from our sister practice, Edith Cavell Surgery.
What does this mean for me?
- Your weekday services: will continue to be available as usual, Monday to Friday from 8.00am till 6.30pm at Streatham Place Surgery.
- Your weekend services: will now be available at Edith Cavell Surgery, with further enhanced access on Saturdays and Sundays from 9.00am to 12.00pm.
- This means that there will be no weekend service at Streatham Place Surgery, but Streatham Place Surgery patients can now see a GP at Edith Cavell Surgery on both Saturday and Sunday.
Many of our GPs work across both surgeries and your medical records will be available to GPs at both of our surgeries, ensuring continuity of care.
From 15 August 2016, you will be able to access your GP services as follows:
Streatham Place Surgery
26-28 Streatham Place, SW2 4QY
Monday to Friday | 8.00am – 6.30pm
Edith Cavell Surgery
41a-c Streatham Hill, SW2 4TP (see map)
Saturday and Sunday | 9.00am – 12.00pm
